Opening a course
Adding class levels, creating a course, setting its fee, and adding modules and lessons to a recorded course.
Class levels come first
Every course sits under a class level, such as SSC 2027 or HSC 1st Year. Without one, the list is empty when you create a course.
- Open Class levels and press Add class level
- Enter a Name, such as HSC 1st Year
- Give it an Order number. Lower numbers show first.
- Press Add class level to save
Create the course
- Open Courses & modules and press New course
- Write the Title and a short description, then pick a Class level
- Choose the Course type: Recorded, Online live or Offline
- Under Teachers, pick who teaches it
- Under Pricing, set the fee and Payment type, then press Create course
How to tell it worked: The course shows in the list as a Draft. Press Publish on its card when students should see it.
Three ways to charge

Add lessons to a recorded course
A recorded course is split into modules, and each module holds lessons. Live and offline courses have a class schedule instead, covered on the next page.
- On the course card, press Manage modules →
- Press Add module and give it a name
- Open the module's Lessons and press Add lesson
- Pick the Content type: video, PDF, text or quiz. Then press Add lesson.
The Content type can't be changed later. If you picked the wrong one, delete the lesson and add it again. Quiz lessons don't work for students yet; they see "coming soon". For now, set quizzes up separately under Quizzes.
Turn on Free preview for a lesson and anyone can watch it without enrolling. One or two give students a feel for your teaching.
How to tell it worked: The lesson shows in the module's list, and its title appears under the module on the course page.
