Costs and reports
Recording your costs, and seeing income, costs and profit month by month.
Record a cost
If you don't record costs, the report shows your profit as the same as your income. Log rent, ads, printing, whatever you spend.
- Open Expenses and press Log expense
- Enter a Category, such as Facebook ads or office rent
- Choose Online or Offline as the Cost type
- Enter the Amount (BDT) and press Log expense
What's in Reports
| On screen | What it means |

| Revenue, all time | Everything you've earned so far |
| Costs, all time | Every cost you've recorded |
| Net profit, all time | Income minus costs |
| Active students | Students currently enrolled |
| Outstanding dues | What students owe you in total |
Below that is a monthly chart of income minus costs, and a table of new, cancelled and expired enrolments. It starts with the last 12 months; pick dates to look at any other stretch.
Cash you took and recorded with Grant free access isn't counted as income here.
