Opening your academy
From creating your account to opening your website to everyone.
Create your account
- Press Start Free on the TutorEngine website
- Enter your name and phone number. Email is optional.
- Press Send code. A 6-digit code arrives by SMS.
- Enter the code and press Verify & open my academy
The academy starts out with your name, and you can change it later. No card or payment details are needed, and the first 7 days are free.
How to tell it worked: You land on your dashboard. To come back later, enter your phone number on the login page and a new code is sent. There's no password to remember.
Name, logo and text
- In the menu, open ওয়েবসাইট · Website
- On the Design tab, change the Academy name, add your Logo, then press Save branding
- On the Content tab, change the text for each part of your website. Each part has its own Save button.
- Your phone number, email and address go in নিচের অংশ · Footer
A new website comes with some sample text so it doesn't look empty. Replace it with your own before you open the site.
Open your website to everyone
A new academy's website starts closed. Only people with the site password can look inside; everyone else sees a "not open yet" page. Nobody sees it half-finished.
- Go to ওয়েবসাইট · Website → Design and find the Your site card
- Address has your site's link and Site password has the password. Send both to anyone you'd like to show it to first.
- When you're ready, press Publish site
How to tell it worked: The card says Live. Anyone with the address can now open your site.
Changed your mind? Press Take site offline. Your students, courses and payments stay as they are; only the site closes again.
Your own domain
Your academy starts on an address we give you. If you have your own domain (like rafibiologycare.com), enter it in the Domain card under ওয়েবসাইট · Website → Design. The card shows which DNS record to add; add it wherever you bought the domain.
How to tell it worked: Once the record takes effect, the card shows Live. Until then it says Waiting for DNS, which can take a while.
