Adding your and your guardian's details, changing your phone number, and messaging the academy.
Update your details
- Open your প্রোফাইল page
- Fill in পূর্ণ নাম, জন্ম তারিখ, প্রতিষ্ঠানের নাম and ঠিকানা. Press ছবি পরিবর্তন করুন to add a photo.
- Under অভিভাবকের তথ্য, add the সম্পর্ক, অভিভাবকের ফোন and অভিভাবকের ইমেইল
- Press পরিবর্তন সংরক্ষণ করুন
How to tell it worked: You'll see পরিবর্তন সংরক্ষণ করা হয়েছে.
Change your phone number
- On প্রোফাইল, press পরিবর্তন next to your phone number
- Enter the নতুন মোবাইল নম্বর
- Enter the code sent to the new number and press যাচাই করুন
How to tell it worked: You'll see মোবাইল নম্বর পরিবর্তন হয়েছে. From now on, log in with the new number.
Message the academy
On your চ্যাট page, type at the bottom and press পাঠান. The message goes to the academy, and replies show up in the same place.
